"When planning for your holidays, u want to choose nothing but the best and Naturewings completely ensures that they give in their best and makes your trip a memorable one. I came across Naturewings on internet and was skeptical to shortlist them as they were based out of Kolkata and I belonged to Mumbai and there was no face to the name. On my first call with Sandip Raha, he assured me and my husband that he would take care of my itenary and I must say he has lived upto all his promises. Right from planning our itenary, to booking our tickets, to sharing the entire trip coordinates, he and his team has done a fab job to ensure that we don't face any troubles at any time. We were well received at the Paro airport by Soumlya Ghosh who thereon was in continuous touch to ensure that every aspect of the tour is well taken care of. Must say that all the properties were unique and the room view was mesmerizing.

"We 5 couples just returned from a 6 N/7 D Bhutan tour by NW. A most satisfactory one.
Mr. Suman kumar Paul and Ms Sabitra Basnet were in touch with us all the time. Suman was open to suggestions and made necessary changes in the itinerary.
Hotels provided were excellent.
Food quality was really good. Toyota coaster and the driver were good.
Overall a nice memorable experience with NW and I recommend NW for prospective visitors. Please ask for a good experienced guide with good communication skills.

"Our stay at Bhutan for 6N/7D was splendid and very well coordinated by our tour organiser Mr.Soumalaya Ghosh from Nature wings. They provided us with a good package for a group of 6 adults with a good range of hotel options & selection as per our choice and requirement. Mr. Soumalaya Ghosh had been in constant touch with us from the begining and throughout till our journey ended. We were given a warm welcome in to Bhutan by the tour guide and driver arranged by them. Their colleague in Bhutan also provided us with all the help and support required during a medical emergency in Thimpu.
All the hotels which we stayed were amazing in its own way. We did not face any problem or issue during our stay in Bhutan.
In the end I would like to thank Nature wings and Mr. Ghosh for providing us with a wonderful package at all the destinations Thimpu, Pobjika,Punakha& Paro and a Beautiful memory of Bhutan to take along.
I will definitely suggest them to anyone planning a trip to Bhutan and other destinations where they operate. "

"Last month I finally managed to visit the much talked about yet hardly known land that lies just North East of the Indian sub-continent, BHUTAN. However, like most who have a fear of being duped or let down by travel agents I was a bit sceptical of booking my entire trip though one, especially given the fact that the entire co-ordination was done over the phone and via email. But NATURE WINGS, my travel agent stayed true to his word. Keeping to what was shared in the itinerary the driver allocated by Nature Wings was more than capable with a good grasp of the local language and sightseeing spots. As far as the hotels were concerned once again Nature Wings managed to book me in not just the best hotels in Thimpu, Punakha and Paro but also the best rooms in each of the accommodations. Though being a hardcore non- vegetarian food never really is a problem the service and food (breakfast and dinner) provided by the locations that I was put up in enable me to explore my palate while simultaneously opening up new sinus passages (P.S. the food in Bhutan is really spicy). All in all Nature Wing more than lived up to expectations and has proved to me that not all travel agents cheat, in fact there are a few who deliver what they promise."
