"I am on a wheelchair and was searching for a good tour company to take me to Bhutan..... I am so glad I found Naturewings.... my experience with them was great from the day I talked to Mr Sandip that I want to travel to Bhutan, he suggested the right time for me to travel keeping in mind the weather conditions and less crowded season.... I would like to mention names of all who were there for me through Naturewings and made my trip an awesome experience ....Ms. Ritu who started communicating with me from beginning was making sure that my trip is going fine till the end... I was also given a guide and a driver for special assistance because carrying my wheelchair from one place to another was a little difficult I am so thankful to Karma and Tandin through Naturewings who were with me anytime I needed them.... they also helped me to make the impossible possible like climbing up the fertility Temple going to see the chain suspension bridge, why I am mentioning these places especially because it is so tough to get down those Rocky paths but they helped me from both the sides of my chair and made me get to the points..... And yes let me not forget to mention Ms Sabrita who specially came to greet me and welcome me to their country and after meeting me and understanding my needs took care of every detail in booking my further hotels and sightseeing.....All in all my trip was great because of the effort of all these people.... after meeting them I have realised Bhutan is made up of kind and helpful people... I would definitely recommend the company whether you are on a wheelchair or you are senior citizen and you need that extra care just get in touch with them and they will make it possible for you... now talking about Bhutan as told by my guide never trust the three W's that is weather, water and Wi-Fi in Bhutan :) when you check the weather on Google it is so incorrect so make sure you talk to your tour organiser before you pack your bags.. Bhutan is about mountains and mountains with beautiful houses because of their similarity, no pollution and very clean country..... if you are looking for relaxed peaceful holiday where you are not disturbed by phone calls and social networking because network is not so happening in the country then you should just go for it.... bad news for shopaholics because no shopping to do other than artefacts, beads and handicraft items"
