Documents Required to Enter into Bhutan for Indian Citizen
Adults - Either Indian Passport or Election Voter ID Card. Please note carefully, these two are the only valid documents to enter into Bhutan through any port of entry Airport or Phuentsholing.
The passport must be six months valid from the date of exit from Bhutan.
Child - Below 18 years, Either Passport or Birth Certificate. Birth Certificate must be written in English. School going children ( above 5 ), must produce another PhotoID card like Aadhar card , School ID Card along with the birth certificate if Passport is not available. The passport must be six months valid from the date of exit from Bhutan.
